1. Reading: Don’t you love when you read a nutrition/wellness book and you find yourself nodding again and again? I feel like I could’ve written Get Skinny Again by Sarah Dussault. Her book highlights effective exercises that all include photos and are organized by a variety of goals. She also discusses nutrition, balance, recipes, and other tips. It’s super colorful with a ton of pictures — a very informative yet approachable read. I highly recommend picking this up.
2. Listening to: Last Summer my little cousin Maddie introduced me to Little Mix. Here’s their song “Wings.” It reminds me of something the Spice Girls would put out if they were still a group. Wait, are they? I feel like they made a comeback recently or something…
