If there’s one thing people tease me about, it’s that I always have snacks. In my purse, in my car, in my desk drawer…um, even in my bedside table. You just never know when hunger will strike and God knows nobody needs to meet hangry Christina. I’m always on the lookout for products that are easy to take on the go, healthy, and full of protein and fiber to keep me satiated.
One of my long-time favorite snacks are VitaTops. These MuffinTops are individually packaged giving you a smarter way to indulge with mindful eating. One and done! No digging into the bottom of the chip bag like ooops, where did they all go? You get a snack with benefits to give you the feeling of that sweet treat without any guilt.
Easy breakfast, portable snack, better-for-you-dessert. What’s not to love? I like these for breakfast paired with a banana, a snack with Greek yogurt, or for dessert with a smear of almond butter & honey on top.

With a side of fresh blueberries and dollop of yogurt, you’ve got a pretty darn satisfying breakfast.
