    Motivation….Lots of things motivate me:
    1) My husband – I can eat way more food than he can and I don’t want to be bigger than him (he’s a smaller dude, as you know, so this is difficult to pull off). 

    2) My ex-husband – I lost a LOT of weight when I divorced that guy….About 170!

    3) My kids – Sophia started running at an early age, so I need to be able to catch her before she puts her finger in a light socket or something.  Avory’s all STUNNING now (I’m not even kidding, it’s a little disconserting) so I have to be able to fight off the boys and the haters.

    4) Serial Killers – You never know where they are and that’s why I need Linda Hamilton arms….So I can beat the snap out of a would-be attacker.  No, I’m not paranoid at all….

    5) Younger girls – Need I say more?  I need to keep this hot body up in order to stay ahead of the pack.  This ain’t Hollywood, but it’s Charleston and the chicks around these parts are stupid-pretty!

    6) You – Believe it or not….Reading your blog for 2 years keeps me motivated to eat right, exercise that much more and balance it all out with a little fun all without taking myself too damn seriously.  Plus, I kinda wanna smack you for being so cute and fit and junk, but I’m totally not a violent person (unless you’re a serial killer) so I guess if you can’t beat ‘em JOIN ‘EM!  Hahahahahaha!
